Hey there. My name is Aaron. I've been in the fitness industry for eight years now, and my primary focus is training for mental health.
The goal is to reunite the body through physical movement, the mind through discipline, and the heart through connection to something greater. When the body, mind, and heart are connected, powerful change happens.
We train every aspect of fitness, primarily through strength-based mobility: getting crazy strong while opening the body to its full ranges of motion. The result is a strong, capable body that feels great and a mind that can reside in peace and equanimity.
The three modalities used most often are kettlebells, calisthenics, and meditation. Training outside in nature is strongly encouraged because the benefits are unmatched. Aaron brings the gym to you, whether that is your home or a nearby park.
